What’s your favourite body part to workout?
Definitely has to be legs, and shoulders.
Has to be chest, biceps and legs for me.
I know it isn’t a body part but I dislike Cardio, like so much.
Shoulders and back for me, just never really enjoy those sessions as much!
Within our ‘Workouts’ section we will continually update with new workouts, tried and tested by ourselves of course, including HIIT workouts, weight sessions and all!
