You can’t go wrong with pasta, especially when it is tasty AND healthy!

5g coconut oil
200g Turkey Meatballs
125g Dolmio Mediterranean Vegetable Pasta Bake Sauce
1 Garlic Clove
1 Green Chilli
20g Grated Seriously Strong Cheddar (McLelland Mature Lighter)
1 Bag of MyProtein Pasta
Heat coconut oil on a medium heat in a frying pan.
Once the coconut oil has melted, and the pan is warm, add in the peas and turkey meatballs, fry for about 4 or 5 minutes.
Combine the garlic, chilli and sauce and add to the pan with the spinach. Stir.
Using a lid, or foil if you do not have a lid, cover the pan and allow to simmer for 5 minutes on a medium heat.
Whilst completing Step 4, add boiling water to a pan and insert MyProtein’s Protein Pasta and allow to boil for 8 minutes (instructions are also on the box!).
Once the pasta is cooked through add to your plate!
Once the meatballs are cooked through, slice one in the middle to make sure there is no pink left, and take off the heat and layer on top of the pasta.
Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and VOILA.
